Message	it sounds like MAF or ecu temp sender unit to me but since you've been playing with the IACV i'd say your IAA idle is set too low now that you've fixed the air regulator and the the screw needs to come out a bit. if you put the car on consult (or other program) you'd see what the IAA was running at and also if there where any other issues with sensors. just in case... did you check for vac leaks?
